Welcome to Livermore Housing Authority
The Housing Authority of the City of Livermore, also known as Livermore Housing Authority, is a local public agency providing safe, decent, and quality affordable housing for low-income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities in the City of Livermore.
Through a variety of federal, state, and local partnerships, the Livermore Housing Authority promotes housing and service opportunities that encourage and support eligible individuals and families toward achieving greater independence and self-sufficiency.

The HAI Group Resident Scholarship Program, sponsored by Housing Authority Insurance, Inc., is now accepting scholarship applications from Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), and affordable housing residents for the 2018 year.

Beginning Monday, February 12, 2018, the proposed Annual Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan for Fiscal Year 2019 is available for inspection by the public at the Livermore Housing Authority Office, 3203 Leahy Way, Livermore, CA 94550 during normal business hours, or by clicking Draft Annual PHA Plan FY 2019.
A Public Hearing about the proposed Annual PHA Plan will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, 5:30 p.m. at the Livermore Housing Authority Office, 3203 Leahy Way, Livermore, CA 94550.
