The Housing Authority of the City of Livermore, also known as Livermore Housing Authority, is a local public agency providing safe, decent, and quality affordable housing for low-income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities in the City of Livermore.
Through a variety of federal, state, and local partnerships, the Livermore Housing Authority promotes housing and service opportunities that encourage and support eligible individuals and families toward achieving greater independence and self-sufficiency.

Proposed Revision to the Housing Authority of the City of Livermore Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan
Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the City of Livermore (LHA) is proposing to revise its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program Administrative Plan.
The proposed revisions provide clarifications to LHA’s policies for the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) program, including policies for selecting applicant families from the waiting list and homeless referrals for specific PBV developments.
The 30-day public comment period begins March 21, 2019 and ends on April 21, 2019.
During the public comment period, drafts of the proposed document are available at the following locations:
A public hearing on the proposed revisions will be held on Monday, April 22, 2019, 5:30PM at the LHA Office located at 3203 Leahy Way in Livermore, CA 94550.
